James Gibson is the Managing Director and owner of Edelweiss laboratories. He is a pharmacist who has trained his focus on phytopharmaceuticals after an involvement with orthodox medicines. His particular interests lie in strategic management and new product development. He has an M. Phil in Futures Studies, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Cape Town.

Brad Bischoff is a chemical engineering graduate from UCT who has extensive experience in the management of cosmetic operations. His passion lies with new product development and he had a distinguished career developing products for a
renowned German hair care company.

Hérle van der Merwe is the Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing quality control and ISO implementation. She has an honours degree in biochemistry and has been involved in the regulatory and manufacturing environment of pharmaceuticals for many years.

Randall van der Vendt is financial Manager at Edelweiss where he is responsible for the management of the administrative division that oversees the debtors and creditors department as well as the store.
